Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Remember the Pilaf I posted a couple of days ago!! I had made a large batch of the pilaf and had a lot left. I decided to stuff portabella mushrooms with the pilaf.
Under neath this pile of pilaf is a large portabella mushroom  I put some tomato brushetta mixture on top of the pilaf. Something I had in my frig and needed to use..
Portabella's are wonderful stuffed.
