Quiona Breakfast


Quinoa is packed with protein, loaded with fiber and one of the most nutritious food on the planet.
Give this a try, it is very good.
Ingredients:


  • 1 cup COOKED quinoa

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup dried fruit-cranberries, blueberries etc.

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar-optional
Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan

  2. Heat on medium low heat until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Add more liquid if needed.
