Quinoa is packed with protein, loaded with fiber and one of the most nutritious food on the planet.
Give this a try, it is very good.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup COOKED quinoa
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried fruit-cranberries, blueberries etc.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar-optional
- Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan
- Heat on medium low heat until all liquid is absorbed.
- Add more liquid if needed.
