Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt- I used about 1/4
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic and onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Bragg's 24 Herbs and Seasonings
- Wash and dry kale thoroughly.
- Remove kale from the stem-cut into smaller pieces.
- put dried kale and all other ingredients in a plastic grocery shopping bag. Shake well. spread out a single layer on a rack which is on a baking sheet.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes-or maybe a few seconds more.
- Store in a brown bag. Showed be eaten with the day.
