Verna's Black Bean Salad

This is really good as a side salad. It also would be great to use with chips.
I took several recipes and then came up with my own recipe. I think you will really enjoy this salad.

Ingredients:
  • 1 15 oz can Kuner's low sodium Black Beans-rinsed and drained
  • 6-8 green onions-chopped
  • 2 cups frozen corn-thawed
  • 1/2 cup celery-chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper-chopped
  • 2 avocado's- diced
  • 10 or so grape tomatoes- cut in half
  • 1 lime-zested and juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup salsa of choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro-chopped or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together..
  2. Refrigerate to marinate flavors.
  3. Serve cold as a salad.
