This is quick, easy and delicious. What more do you want???
Several cups shredded carrots.
Chopped celery-lots of it.
Raisins to taste
Touch of honey or other sweetener
Dash of black pepper.
Mayonnaise, Vegan would be nice- If using Hellmann's-pick low sodium-90 mg., and go easy on it.
Mix together, chill for several hours before serving.
I added fresh diced pineapple to this also.
