Wynn brought these to the Pot Luck the other evening.
Directions:
- Clean small portabella mushrooms, put stems in broth bag.
- Dry off mushrooms with paper towel.
- Stuff with Hummus of choice. I believe Wynn, used Wild Garden Hummus Dip. Two different kinds.
- Top with black olive ring. We put a toothpick in each one before serving.
They were so attractive, and went very quickly. Another great appetizer for the Holidays.
