Hot! Hot! Hot! We Like it Hot!!!

We need lots of Hot Red Peppers, black pepper, jalapenos, cayenne and mustard in our foods.
These will all boost metabolism and help burn calories.

So let's be Hot!!!!!!!!!

Plus these are also good for the heart.

Yes my friend, 30 lbs. by April is aggressive, but doable.

Shoot for the moon.
Even if we miss, we will land among the stars!!!

Sounds good to me.
