Curried Potato Salad

These are really good, and oh so easy, which we all love.

Curried Potato Salad

6-8 small potatoes
1/2 small onion
1 garlic clove-minced
2 Tablespoon oil or Mayo
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup peas
1/4 cup cilantro-chopped


Directions:
1-Cut potatoes in bite size pieces. Cook in boiling water. Don't over cook. Drain
2-Mix together all the rest of the ingredients.
3-After the potatoes are drained, pour this mixture over them. You want to do this while the potatoes are still warm.

Comments from Verna:
1- I did not use the peas.
2- Of course I had to add fresh ground black pepper.
3- I did use Hellman's Mayonnaise.
